Kolla på din senaste vwp-stämpel så ser du WT eller WB. W=waiver, T=tourist, B=business. Och lol TS är inte en kinesisk byggarbetare, och en sådan skulle förstås direkt eller indirekt finansieras från USA.
Om du går till travel.state.gov så står det ganska tydligt vad man kan göra på ett WB.
-consult with business associates
-attend a scientific, educational, professional, or business convention or conference
-attend short-term training (you may not be paid by any source in the United States with the -exception of expenses incidental to your stay)
-negotiate a contract
