They are often more strict than the immigration agents. ThatÂ’s because they want to protect themselves from having to fly you back. So if anything looks even slightly suspicious when you check in, yeah, they will ask you for details. And if they donÂ’t like your answers, yes, they have the absolute right to decide not to carry you on the plane.

Airlines do not have to let you board their planes, either. So if an airline asks for your address in the U.S., even if they mistakenly claim itÂ’s a requirement of U.S. law, and you refuse their request, they can refuse to let you on their plane.

Jo hade iofs varit enklare men samtidigt vill man ju inte ge ut all info om sig själv med tanke på rätten till privatliv och personlig integritet, samt kränkning. Dessa begrepp och ord existerar ju enligt lagen, så inga som jag har hittat på. Men förstår ditt tänk och resonemang.

Du har inte nekats inträde. Du träder in i USA när du landat i exempelvis Chicago. Jämför med de svenska medborgare som satt/sitter inlåsta i läger utomlands efter att ha varit inblandade i IS. Regeringen har varit noga med att de har rätt att resa in i Sverige, men ingen är, enligt svensk lag, skyldig att hjälpa dem till gränsen.
