Israeliska soldater som efter värnplikt åker iväg och festar är inget nytt, så att Thailand, som plötsligt blivit mer cannabisvänligt, drabbas är inget konstigt.

He cited the latest survey that showed 1,200 to 1,500 Israeli tourists entering the province each month. The number rises in the cool season but never exceeds 3,000 a month, he said."

"Residents of Pai in recent weeks have reported a string of incidents involving Israeli nationals. The most widely publicised one involved four Israelis who vandalised the emergency room at Pai Hospital after barging in to see a compatriot who was being treated there after a motorcycle accident.

The four were fined 3,000 baht each, had their tourist visas revoked and subsequently deported to Israel. They have also been permanently barred from entering Thailand again."

He further disclosed that an order issued on February 11, 2025, officially blacklisted them, barring their future entry into Thailand."

Nu har dom dessutom "fixat" "kryphålet" med de olagliga förnyelserna av 30-års-leasingkontrakten.

Att äga mark/ property via Thai bolag är som att be om trubbel.

Fastigheten måste ha en direkt koppling till bolagets verksamhet, som industrimark/fabrik.
Inte ett bolag utan verksamhet som äger 5 rai och en bungalow med pool.

Ja, precis, och framförallt nu när polis och immigrations verkligen kör hårt mot utlänningar.

Företag med thailändska nominees är under luppen för tillfället. Trots denna crackdown finns det ett par st i tråden som tror att man som västerlänning(eller jude specifikt), inte har några problem att äga en fastighet med hjälp av ett olagligt uppsatt bolag med olagliga nominees, något som polisen just nu jagar efter.
Visst, man kan ha tur och klara sig, men hade jag haft fastigheter jag betalat 100% för, men håller dom i ett olagligt bulvanbolag med olagliga nominees hade inte jag sovit gott om nätterna iaf.

Det är därför man hyr fastigheter om inte företaget man jobbar åt står på kontraktet.

Lätt att flytta och dra vidare om man inte trivs. Bara en idiot skriver på ett köpekontrakt som privatperson.
